Prior to joining AdvaMed’s staff, she worked for the Institute for Clinical PET as Executive Director; for the Coding Institute, as Consulting Editor; the American Urological Association as Director, Department of Health Policy; and the American Academy of Ophthalmology as Assistant Director of its Washington, DC Office. She has served as a member of the Medical and Scientific Advisory Board of the Society for the Advancement of Women’s Health Research. In the state and local health care and disabilities services areas, Ms. Mensh has worked for the New Editions Consulting, Inc., as a Senior Research Manager; for the National Association of State Mental Retardation Program Directors as Legislative Assistant; and the National Council of Community Mental Health Centers as Research Assistant/Editor.
In the consumer health and disabilities services areas, Mensh worked for “Health & Healing,” Phillips Publishing, Inc., as Managing Editor. She served the National Aphasia Association as Executive Board Member, the Northern Virginia Brain Injury Association as President, and the Fairfax Area (Virginia) Disabilities Services Board as an appointed representative. She co-authored an internationally acclaimed book on stroke recovery with her husband, Paul E. Berger, “How to Conquer the World With One Hand…And an Attitude.” She founded and manages Positive Power Publishing, a micropublisher dedicated to promoting positive attitudes towards people with disabilities. She served as co-chair of the Community Education Committee for “Operation Stroke,” sponsored by the American Stroke Association (American Heart Association) and the INOVA Health Systems in Northern Virginia.
She serves on the consumer board of the newly established Stroke Comeback Center in Oakton, VA, and the Fairfax County (Virginia) Human Services Council, and the Tysons Land Use Task Force, as an appointed representative.
Mensh holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration, Finance, from George Mason University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & English from The American University.

As Vice President of Strategic Planning and Services at EyeTel
Imaging since 2004, Adi Renbaum served the medical device company by
redefining the standard of care for diabetic retinal exams leading
company efforts to achieve universal coverage among commercial
health plans (Aetna, CIGNA, Humana, United HealthCare, BCBS
Association and regional plans) for retinal imaging patients with
diabetes. Renbaum contributed to the CMS Medicare coverage policy
decision to allow payment for detection of diabetic retinopathy,
managed advocacy that led to the American Diabetes Association (ADA)
2006 Recommendations that support retinal imaging in primary care,
and fostered advocacy initiatives within American Academy of Family
Physicians, American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists,
National Commission for Quality Assurance, and Regional ADA
organizations. Renbaum has chaired a number of advisory boards
related to treatment of diabetes of national physician thought
leaders and manufacturers.
Prior to EyeTel, Renbaum was an independent consultant developing
and implementing payer adoption strategies including initiation of
new CPT codes. She defined market opportunities among Medicare,
PBMs, managed care formularies and specialty distribution companies
for pharmaceutical product line targeted to Seniors.
Renbaum was Director of Payer Relations at Inoveon Corporation
until 2003. She championed national coverage policy decisions with
leading health plans, developed and managed field-based resources
who interacted directly with payers, and was Director of Business
Development/Payer Relations for The Women’s Care Network/Inoveon.
Prior to Inoven, Renbaum was with Covance Health Economics and
Outcomes Services. Her clients included pharmaceutical,
biotechnology, and medical device companies where she performed
reimbursement analyses, financial models for sales/field force,
reimbursement support programs (help lines, assistance programs),
policy research and reporting, and direct payer intervention.
Therapeutic areas of interest included oncology, immunology,
inflammatory disease, endocrinology, and ophthalmology.
Renbaum has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.) with concentration in Marketing and Corporate Strategy from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University, Durham, North Carolina in 1994. She graduated cum laude from George Washington University, Washington, District of Columbia in 1990 with a B.B.A. in Marketing Management with concentration in International Marketing.

Libby Rohlfing advises medical technology companies on the integration of innovative products and services into medical practice, both via reimbursement strategies and practice management expertise. Ms. Rohlfing most recently served as a Vice President of EyeTel Imaging, a medical device company providing a diabetic retinopathy detection service for the primary diabetes care physician and a retinal disease detection technology in the optometric market, beginning in 2004. In her most recent role as Vice President, of Practice Support, Ms. Rohlfing led the development and implementation of a sustainable business model for the Company’s customers to maximize the clinical and financial benefits of the telemedicine diagnostic service. In this capacity, Ms. Rohlfing developed the company’s reimbursement strategies, practice support and technology utilization programs. She also managed national account relationships with Wal-Mart Vision Centers, Costco and For Eyes, and was responsible for favorable reimbursement strategies for the Company and its customers, among Medicare and commercial health plans; and for managing the field force’s Practice Support efforts.
As Regional Vice President for Managed Markets for EyeTel Imaging from 2004-2006, Ms. Rohlfing secured coverage and payment among commercial health plans, Medicare and Medicaid for the DigiScope Digital Diabetic Retinal Evaluation Service provided in the primary diabetes care physician office market. In this role, she facilitated technology assessments and coverage policy development, and negotiated provider contracts including coding and reimbursement rates with UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Cigna, Humana, numerous BCBS, regional and local health plans. Ms. Rohlfing also worked directly with NCQA securing HEDIS qualification and preferred coding and reporting process for the service.
Prior to EyeTel Imaging, Ms. Rohlfing was Director of Payer Relations for Inoveon, Corp., where she managed all payer related activities for the iScan service including reimbursement strategy, facilitated Medicare and Medicaid coverage and reimbursement process development, national and local commercial health plan coverage, and reimbursement contracting. Rohlfing also lead the company’s efforts to develop and implement a direct reimbursement strategy for physician groups participating in a shared ancillary service distribution model for billing and reimbursement.
Rohlfing spent three prior years in sales and management with UroCor Inc., a urologic oncology specialty diagnostic laboratory service, and six years in sales with the Pharmaceuticals Division of the Upjohn Company. In 1990 Rohlfing received a B.A. in Biology with a concentration in Premed and Chemistry from the University of Missouri, Columbia.
