The firm was founded in 2006 by Randel Richner, former Vice President of Global Government Affairs and Reimbursement at Boston Scientific. Founder & President

Randel Richner is the founder of the Neocure Group, a consulting firm specializing in reimbursement, health policy, economics, and government advocacy support for biopharmaceutical and medical technology companies. Prior to founding the Neocure Group, Richner was Vice President, Global Government Affairs, Reimbursement and Outcomes Planning for Boston Scientific Corporation (BSC) for 9 years. At Boston Scientific, Richner built a global reimbursement and outcomes strategic process for new and existing less invasive medical technologies for BSC product platforms. more

Dr. Daniel Tuden, PhD

Dr. Tuden has over 20 years experience in the areas of health economics, policy analysis, reimbursement analysis, and market development. He specializes in marketing and reimbursement strategies that create a compelling clinical and economic value proposition for breakthrough technologies. He has worked on drugs and devices in the areas of stroke, oncology, atrial fibrillation, sleep apnea, mental health, Crohn’s Disease and ophthalmology. more

Adi N. Renbaum, MBA

Senior Vice President, Health Policy & Reimbursement

Adi Renbaum joined the Neocure Group shortly after it was founded in 2006, and today heads its Washington DC office, where she manages a portfolio of clients and ensures Neocure’s expertise and network of experts are available to meet client needs.  Ms. Renbaum leads the Health Policy and Reimbursement practice, in which she oversee engagements to develop robust market access strategies that leverage the newest health policy strategies, to meet clients’ business objectives: optimize provider adoption, patient access, and payment for novel medical devices and biotechnology therapies.  more

Mary Ann Clark, MHA

Vice President, Health Economics & Reimbursement

Mary Ann Clark is the Vice President of Health Economics & Reimbursement with the Neocure Group. Prior to joining the organization, she held the same title with the Burgess Group. In this role, she leveraged Medicare knowledge, data, and analysis into various markets including managed care organizations, medical technology companies, and providers. She was a key contributor and leader in Burgess software and Medicare data product development. more
